Then to Then: Nothing to Nothing

Must read

Nisprabh Saji

Then
I knew nothing
I was a child
I was calm
I was considerate

Then
I knew everything
I was young
I was thrusting
I was overweening

Now
I know a little
I am middle-aged
I am indistinct
I am insecure
I am muted

Soonish,
I shall know nothing
I shall be old
I shall be modest
I shall be somewhat wise

Just before I die
I might look as close as the Buddha

I conjecture:
You will love me then!
