Who Am I?

Must read

Yogen Draa

Am I the imagination that comes
When I remember the ones whom I love the most
Am I the road
That I’ve walked all these years to be here
Am I all the collection of air
That I’ve breathed in and out?
Am I the number of heartbeats of till date?
Am I my favorite books, poems and songs?
Am I all the tears that have rolled down my cheeks until now?
Who am I?

All these years of life
I’ve wondered who I am and what life is;
Were all the things that I’ve done till date and will do are already destined?
Am I the only means to complete the task that has to be done?
Is life this simple?

Am I all the love inside of my heart
Which is yet to be expressed?
Am I another example of nothingness?
Am I completely null?
Who am I?
What am I?

Am I all the darkness of my mind and heart
Which other people don’t see?
Am I all the talks that I don’t talk?
Am I the one who is meant to be found by myself?
And the journey of it is life?
