What a Disregard It Is!!

Must read

Swastika Regmi

Hello Parents Abandoners,

Would you go through this write-up and think about your act?

A mother is super-woman. Her struggle is always immeasurable. She is a god of nature because only she has the capacity to carry a fetus for nine months which is really a tough and a great task. She shows this beautiful world to the small baby. But at last, her sacrifice turns out to be insignificant. The one who used to play in the yard, who used to ask for food, who used to insist her to play is ready to leave her alone. Her eyes get wet. Her heart gets heavy; but nobody sees it. She is compelled to live with the memories only.

Nobody knows the feeling of a lonely mother. She carries a smile on her face but deep inside she is totally broken with her loneliness. A mother who spends many sleepless nights for her child does not become important at all for the grown-up child. Every single day she spends for the care of her child in their early ages; but when time comes to serve the old mother she is sent away to the old age homes.

A mother sacrifices her dreams, wishes for her child. She finds happiness in her child’s achievement and becomes sad when her child suffers. But at the end she becomes a burden for her own child. Nobody cares about her happiness and wishes. Everyone becomes busy in their own life. They don’t have time for his/her own mother. What a fate it is!

Nobody knows how difficult it is to be alone even when you have your closest one. When she needs the same care, love and support in return, she gets nothing except loneliness. Her only desire is to be with her children; but nobody has time for her. She always stares at the way with a hope that her son/daughter will be back soon, but no one comes to look after her. She ain’t that physically strong to take care on her own. She cries a lot from inside but can’t share her feelings with anyone because no one’s there to listen to her.

So, let’s pay attention to the woman who left everything for the sake of us. Why take her to an old age home when she needs us? It’s our responsibility to take care of her. She is not a burden, she is a queen of our world. We are here only because of her love and support. So, let’s make her feel special now. Let’s treat her in the same way she did to us. Our little time for her keeps the loneliness away which helps her to shine brighter.

Let’s keep our parents happy; and multiply our happiness!

My best wishes!!
