Touch

Must read

Asif Altaf

When you touch it, your palms dance and you fall asleep
Intoxicated noon comes down to two eyes;
There is no night, but I find the frost of darkness
Dreams are full of seed fields.

The open field brings a little comfort
The melody of love in cold night brings a little kiss;
If you touch it, it will open at night
Everything in the world is sweet when you get it.

(Asif Altaf is a poet from Khulna, Bangladesh)
