Neither Past Nor Future

Must read

Tshering Wangchuk

Fear not thinking about future
For unseen is its face
Reminisce not on past, it’s gone
But present, full of grace

Why let something unseen, unheard
Disturb our peaceful mind
Let past and future be a dream
Forgotten, toil not to rewind

Present is at your disposal
Let it not be idly forwarded
Life’s purpose is happiness
Work towards it and be rewarded

Thus, future be not disturbing
The serene mind’s peace
But let present serve its purpose
Spreading happiness that doesn’t cease.
