Did fill my eyes

Must read

Santosh Kumar Pokharel

She died before time
She made her neighbors cry
Her husband was gaining weight
The son gave his singing a try
To forget this loss,
Nobody was there to loss this toss.
The doggie barked today after several days,
And the climbers she had planted
Bear fruits and amaze.
An orange plant started budding
She had watered several days.
The house has been almost silent
All the nights and all the days
And silent has her daughter become
Hides in room she always.
Once I asked about health
As I caught her sight
She told she was alright.
But with a freaky smile
Sneaked out of this poet’s sight.
Probably she was much right not to be fake
Not to expose her heartache.
Her modesty won me that I stood still
My eyes with tears did fill.
