Do You Know Why She Cried?

Saroj Jha

I’d be lying if I agree,
I don’t know if she did cry,
That shows you don’t care,
You’d say that it’s fine,
Dear brother, your girlfriend cried,
Her tears were all over,
She needed you by herself,
But guess what?
You weren’t there,
You were away,
When she said she loves you,
That came out of her heart tunnel,
Some do need her love,
They always stare at her,
Some walk her home,
But guess what?
She ain’t falling in love with them,
Do you know why?
I don’t know,
She love’s wholeheartedly,
You are his temple of love,
When she found you,
She knew you are her safe refuge,
Do you know why she cried that day?
I don’t know,
She cried because you left her alone,
You weren’t there for her,
Her heart wept,
All she needed was you,
She needed a shoulder,
But you weren’t there,
You were away with your friends,
You broke her heart,
She found out that you were cheating,
Then you left,
You didn’t care if she cried,
Lonely were her tears,
Heart of hers was lost,
Love was her last,
You made her judge herself,
She thought she weren’t enough,
I’d agree to that,
You considered her cheap,
Her love you didn’t cherish,
You said she was your wish,
You lied,
All you said was empty,
Your love was voiceless.
