Voice of Freedom

Hira Akash

Attack our settlements
bombard our rooftops and fire guns
at our chests in any number you can
or trample on our body
with you jackboots until they are bruised
can you kill the voice?
We are that very immortal voice
we will ever echo
wherever we are
we will be speaking.
