Will You Hold the Pen?

Sushant Thapa

I seek your enlightenment
I seek your guidance
Your perseverance and efforts
That breaks the mountains of barriers.
Emotions of scattered sublime shadows
Lurk deep in the mind.
Can I ask something to you?
Your patience put under test,
Will you hold the pen?
Will you hold it and the unrest?
Everything will follow
Emptying the hollowness of the mind
And filling the utter dismay
No confusions will remain scattered
Only fulfillment for posterity
Will you hold the pen for humanity?
Let it write the slogans of tomorrow
And sing the song of wakefulness.
