Across the world
A pandemic enters in 2019,
All the people are in fear
Of this deadly disease,
Countries are locked down
Fearing transmission
People quarantine others
What a cruel virus that is!
We can neither see, nor touch it
We can only test it
Scientists are compelled to think about its transition,
Yet corona scares creatures beyond cruelty,
All the people of the world
Are facing the virus,
All the people wear masks,
Use sanitizer ,wash their hands often,
And maintain social distancing
For not attracting this virus,
We can neither go out freely,
Nor enjoy /gather with our friends and relatives,
All the schools are closed,
Students, teachers, old, poor
All have the fear of this unseen virus,
Oh! What a great virus it is,
We wash our hands frequently,
But we cannot meet our friends and shake hands
With others,
To all places, cultures, and castes
Spread the message of peace,
O pigeon!
