Nirdosh NP
In a morgue,
an unjust dead body
wrapped in mountains
has been waiting for justice
for a long.
At six, early morning, it stares
at the Gorkhapatra.
At night, at eight, it tunes
Radio Nepal.
After meaningless
six and eight,
it makes an urge to the state :
‘Spray the judicial fire
on my restlessness.
I am tired
Of being a dead poet!’
[Nirdosh, an MA in English from the Central Department of English, Tribhuvan University, is a Nepali poet.]
Great big voice of voiceless through this pem.
