Sneh Sayami
Having heard the tidings of your coming
We waited for you
With bosoms full of red carpets
Made from intense love and faith,
Telling, listening, experiences,
Pledging to withstand sun and rain together,
With open door
We watched your way.
Oh ! you came
Like tempest
Swirling.
As if to sweep all trash at once;
How pleasant!
You came
Closer, closer, closer
To your yard.
To the mail door we hurried
To welcome you,
But how amazing!
Suddenly you vanished,
You vanished before you new where
Did you forget your path?
Were you ashamed of meeting our eyes?
