Sweta Deepti
Think, before you wait for a moment
if time too waits for you
Time doesn’t stop
rather, it carries you along
with it, every moment.
Today, merely today
is ours, of all of us.
The upcoming moment is obscure;
Leaving today for the sake of tomorrow
is allowing time to slip off our hand.
This is the only moment that exists
between gaining and losing.
Cash it, if you may
or, let it flow on its own accord
all in vain.
