Contemplations

Must read

Reason Mayalu

Hunger

If an ounce of rice
Can restore light on the eyes of hunger
My friend, never hesitate!
You had rather forgo some ounces
But continue to deck the eyes of hunger
With rhododendrons
In full bloom all over the slope.

Time

Oftentimes
The shoes are more impatient than the feet
I kissing a goal.
There was a time
When feet were much more reliable than the shoes
Time is on constant change;
What will happen, if someday
The shoes go for a strike?

Your Life

People should make their hearts
Their homes to live in
You made your life
A wayside inn
That’s why the travelers whistled
Some put up there
Others scratched your walls
A few scribbled their names on it
Some did this and others that
They came, they went and repeated the same
But none cared who did what!

You would know who came and went their way
If it been a home!
